Do you have any more devices available?
While our initial drive of computers from Computer Reach has been exhausted, but individuals can reach out to the Financial Empowerment Centers (FEC) to set up an appointment. The FECs certified counselors will help you maximize your budget to fit in digital access. They can also help you frame your goals and discuss topics like leveling up your career so you have more financial freedom.

How do I get one of the subsidized PPS internet accounts?
If you are an eligible PPS family, please get in touch with PPS regarding the enrollment and qualification for their 1000 internet accounts. For those who do not qualify, or are outside PPS, consider scheduling a remote appointment with a certified financial counselor who can help you acquire an affordable device and/or internet connectivity.
Where can I find support for using my computer?
The University of Pittsburgh has set up a Virtual IT Help Desk to assist you remotely!

Do you offer tax receipts?
If you donate over Paypal on this website or through an employer’s donation portal, you should automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt to the provided email. For large or corporate donations, please email deondra@neighborhoodallies.org to coordinate payment and receipts.
I want to donate through an employer’s internal system. How do I find you?
Neighborhood Allies, Inc. is a DBA of Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development (PPND) with EIN# 25-1578436. Neighborhood Allies is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Upon donation, a receipt will be sent to donor email address provided. For questions, email info@neighborhoodallies.org.
Can I make a donation in someone else’s name as a gift and have them recognized?
Absolutely! Just shoot an email to laptops@neighborhoodallies.org after you donate with the name and contact information of your recipient and we can whip up a special gift announcement!
